Lions Judo Events

Lions Judo actively hosts and participates in a wide range of community events aimed at increasing access to judo, building confidence, and strengthening local connections. This includes delivering British Judo’s Finding Your Feet programme, as well as Women’s Self-Defence classes, supporting individuals through movement, wellbeing, and re-engagement with physical activity in a welcoming environment.

These special sessions encourage participation, fellowship, and skill-sharing, while promoting the core judo values of respect, teamwork, and mutual welfare.
