Finding Your Feet
The Finding Your Feet programme is a trusted British Judo initiative designed to help reduce the risk of falls while improving balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. Using adapted judo techniques, including safe falling (ukemi)and controlled movement exercises, participants learn practical skills for everyday life in a safe, supportive, and accessible environment. The programme is ideal for older adults or anyone with balance or mobility concerns and requires no prior judo experience.
Lions Judo proudly hosts Finding Your Feet sessions, offering structured classes that promote confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and tailored to suit the needs of each group.
